You have the ability to use your Tapped gift immediately, or if you wish, you can convert the Tap into cash, and receive the money in your bank account in a few days. Gift cards of the past held you hostage to a specific time and place. If you run out of time, the card expires; if you’re at a different location, you’re out of luck.
